Let's get started!

The Stock Replenishment Report provides visibility of stock items that require replenishment based on system thresholds and active demand.

This report helps users to:

  • Identify items below reorder levels.

  • Review demand from part requests and sales orders.

  • Monitor stock levels across branches and locations.

  • Assess quantities on hand, on order, and alternative availability.

  • Support timely purchasing decisions

Getting There

To access the Stock Replenishment Report in Service Geeni, follow these steps:

  • Open the Business Intelligence module.

  • Click on the Reports sub-module.

  • In the Reports window, navigate to the Stock category.

  • Click the Stock Replenishment Report module to open the report.

  • Add the desired filters (explained below), then click the Apply button to generate the report.

Available Filters and Their Impact

Use the filters at the top of the report to refine which stock items appear in the results.

  • Branch: Filters the report by branch or depot. The report automatically uses the branch selected in the main Service Geeni interface. If All Branches is selected, you can choose one or more branches. This allows you to focus on a single depot or compare replenishment needs across locations.

  • SKU: Filters the report by specific stock items. This allows you to investigate replenishment requirements for individual parts.

  • Supplier: Filters the report by supplier. This allows you to review replenishment requirements per supplier and support purchase planning.

  • Bin Location: Filters the report by bin or storage location. This allows you to review replenishment needs for specific warehouse zones or engineer bins.

  • Include Reorder Items Only: When enabled, it shows only items where a replenishment requirement exists based on system calculation. Items driven by part requests or parts to PO remain included as they represent active demand. This allows you to generate a focused list of items requiring immediate action.

It is recommended that you review this report regularly, ideally daily, to ensure replenishment actions are taken promptly, and stock levels remain sufficient across all branches.
