A
Written by Arnold E. Garcia
Updated this week

The Reorder report highlights all stock items that have fallen below their minimum stock levels and now require replenishment. It uses live stock data to show exactly which parts need reordering so you can prevent shortages before they impact service delivery.

Use this report to:

  • Identify stock items that need reordering in real time.

  • Prevent critical parts from running out.

  • Review supplier details, product groups, and bin locations.

  • Analyse 12-month usage trends to improve forecasting.

  • Reduce overstocking and understocking by managing reorder thresholds.

Getting There

When you need to run the Reorder report:

  • Open the Business Intelligence module.

  • Click Reports.

  • In the Reports window, open the Stock category.

  • Select Reorder Report.

  • Apply your filters, then click Apply to generate the report.

Available Filters and Their Impact

  • Branch: Filters by the branch or depot where the stock is held. Only stock linked to the selected branch or engineer locations is included.

Pro Tip: Use this to focus on a single branch or review multiple depots during replenishment planning.
