The Branch Equipment Status report gives you a clear overview of all equipment held within each depot or branch, along with its current operational status and model details.
It helps you see exactly where your equipment is, what condition it’s in, and how it’s being used across your business.
You can use this report to:
• Monitor which equipment is allocated to each depot.
• Check the operational status of equipment, such as Available, On Hire, or In Maintenance.
• View total equipment counts per branch for planning.
• Support asset management, redistribution, and maintenance decisions.
Whether you’re managing a single depot or multiple branches, this report gives you instant visibility of equipment activity and availability.
Getting There
To access the Branch Equipment Status report, follow these steps:
Open the Business Intelligence module.
Click on the Reports sub-module.
In the Reports window, navigate to the Equipment category.
Click on the ‘Branch Equipment Status’ module to open the report.
Apply the desired filters (explained below), then click the Apply button to generate the report.
Available Filters and Their Impact
Branch: Filters the report by the selected depot or branch.
This shows only the equipment linked to the chosen depot number or numbers.
It’s ideal for regional teams that need visibility of their own location.
Tip: Leave the Branch filter blank to generate a full company-wide overview across all depots.
Column Breakdown and Key Fields
Column Name | Description |
Equipment Details | Displays combined information about the equipment, including model and make, for easier identification. |
Depot Number | Identifies the branch or depot where the equipment is currently located. |
Equipment Status | Current status of the equipment (e.g., Available, On Hire, In Maintenance). |
Number of Equipments | The count of equipment items under each status or depot grouping. |
Equipment ID | Unique identifier assigned to each equipment record in the system. |
Equipment Model | Specifies the model name of the equipment. |
Equipment Make | Manufacturer or brand of the equipment. |
Reference | The customer or internal reference number assigned to the equipment. |
Total Number of Equipments | Displays the overall count of all equipment items in the report or selected branch. |
