Overview
The Mobile Job Activity dashboard provides real-time visibility into engineer activities and mobile job updates. It enables users to monitor engineers' current status, track their latest activities and locations, review job activity logs, and analyse mobile workforce activity across active jobs.
To access the dashboard:
Navigate to the Self Service module from the main navigation menu.
Open the All Standard Dashboards folder.
Locate Mobile Job Activity.
Click Preview to open the dashboard.
Users can apply any of the available dashboard filters. All visualisations automatically refresh based on the selected filter values.
Dashboard Pages
The Mobile Job Activity dashboard consists of two pages:
Engineer Activity
Activity
Page 1 – Engineer Activity
This page provides a live overview of engineers' current activities, allowing users to monitor workforce status, view engineer locations, and review recent mobile activity logs.
Dashboard Filters
Filter | Description |
Last Update | Filters the dashboard by the last recorded update date of engineer activity. |
Start | Filters records based on the activity start date and time. |
Engineer Name & No | Filters the dashboard by engineer name and engineer number. |
Last Update | Filters activity records based on the most recent update timestamp. |
Activity | Filters the dashboard by engineer activity status (for example, Working on Job, Travelling, Break, or No Job). |

Displays the number of engineers currently not assigned to an active job based on their latest recorded activity.
