Purpose of the Report
The Engineer Summary - Jobs dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of engineer workloads, job allocation, servicing and repair activities, revenue generation, and engineer performance across different time periods. The dashboard enables managers and operational teams to monitor engineer productivity, review assigned and unassigned work, analyse profitability, and track jobs scheduled for today, this week, and this month.
By combining operational, financial, and scheduling information into a single dashboard, users can effectively manage engineer resources, improve job allocation, and monitor overall service performance.
How to Access the Dashboard
From the main navigation menu, select the Self Service module.
Open the All Standard Dashboards folder.
Locate Engineer Summary - Jobs.
Click Preview to open the dashboard.
Apply any desired filters. The dashboard will automatically refresh based on the selected filter values.

Type: Drop-down selector
Description: Filters the dashboard to display jobs completed by the selected engineer.
Issued Engineer
Type: Drop-down selector
Description: Displays jobs assigned to the selected engineer.
Completed Date
Type: Start and end date range calendar
Description: Filters results using the job completion date.
Equipment
Type: Drop-down selector
Description: Filters the dashboard by Equipment ID and equipment description.
Site
Type: Drop-down selector
Description: Filters results by site name and location.
KPI Charts – Engineer's Jobs
Unissued
Displays the distinct count of jobs currently in the Unissued state.
Issued
Displays the distinct count of jobs currently assigned to engineers.
Completed
Displays the distinct count of successfully completed jobs.
Column Chart – Job Status
Displays the number of jobs assigned to each engineer, grouped by job status.
