Purpose of the Report
The Job KPI's dashboard provides a high-level operational overview of key job performance indicators across the organisation. It consolidates job statistics, operational KPIs, and job distribution metrics into a single dashboard, enabling users to monitor workload, job progression, priority trends, and overall operational performance.
The dashboard is divided into two pages:
Job KPI's – Focuses on job-related KPIs, including job state, priority, cost codes, and root cause analysis.
All KPI's – Provides a broader operational overview by combining job KPIs with additional business metrics such as hire contracts, purchase orders, equipment safety, and site downtime.
Together, these pages provide management with an executive-level view of operational performance while allowing users to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas requiring attention.
