Purpose of the Report
The Engineer League dashboard is designed to measure and compare engineer performance based on job activity and completion statistics. It provides a league-style overview of engineer productivity, highlighting top and bottom performers, job status distribution, and first-time fix performance.
The dashboard is divided into two pages:
Engineer League – Presents an overall performance summary, league rankings, and engineer performance indicators.
Jobs by Engineer – Provides detailed comparisons of job statuses across engineers, allowing managers to monitor workload distribution and job progression.
Together, these pages help supervisors and operational managers monitor engineer productivity, recognise high performers, identify areas for improvement, and ensure work is distributed effectively across the engineering team.
How to Access the Dashboard
From the main navigation menu, select the Self Service module.
Open the All Standard Dashboards folder.
Locate Engineer League.
Click Preview to open the dashboard.
Apply any desired filters. The dashboard will automatically refresh based on the selected filter values.
