Overview

The Jobs Completed Overview report provides a comprehensive overview of completed jobs across different time periods. It enables users to monitor completed work, identify trends, analyse engineer performance, review customer activity, and track jobs progressing through the completion, submission, and invoicing stages. The report is divided into seven pages, allowing users to review completed jobs for Today, This Week, This Month, This Year, and All Completed Jobs.

To access the report, navigate to Self Service from the main navigation menu, open the All Standard Dashboards folder, locate Jobs Completed Overview, and click Preview. Users can apply the available filters, and the dashboard will automatically refresh to display the corresponding data.


Page 1 – Summary

This page provides a high-level overview of completed jobs and their current processing status.

KPI Charts – Completed Summary

Today

  • Displays the distinct count of jobs completed today. This KPI includes jobs in the Completed, Submitted, and Invoiced states with a valid Completed Date.

This Week

  • Displays the distinct count of jobs completed during the current week.

This Month

  • Displays the distinct count of jobs completed during the current month.

This Year

  • Displays the distinct count of jobs completed during the current year.


KPI Kanban

Displays the total number of completed jobs grouped by Job State, allowing users to quickly compare the volume of Completed, Submitted, and Invoiced jobs.


Treemap – Top 5

Displays the top five customers (Account Names) with the highest number of completed jobs.

Configuration

  • Values: Distinct Count of Job

  • Details: Account Name

Filters

  • Job State = Completed, Submitted, Invoiced

  • Completed Date is not NULL

  • Conditional Visualization: Top 5 ranked accounts


Treemap – Bottom 5

Displays the five customers with the lowest number of completed jobs.

Configuration

  • Values: Distinct Count of Job

  • Details: Account Name

Filters

  • Job State = Completed, Submitted, Invoiced

  • Completed Date is not NULL

  • Conditional Visualization: Bottom 5 ranked accounts


Column Chart – Jobs by Charge Code

Displays the number of completed jobs grouped by Job Cost Code, helping identify which charge codes are most frequently used.

Configuration

  • Values: Distinct Count of Job

  • Category: Job Cost Code


Column Chart – Jobs by State

Displays the distribution of completed jobs by Job State.

Configuration

  • Values: Distinct Count of Job

  • Category: Job State


Column Chart – Jobs by Customer

Displays the number of completed jobs for each customer account.

Configuration

  • Values: Distinct Count of Job

  • Category: Account Name


Data Table – Completed Jobs to be Submitted

Displays completed jobs that are awaiting submission.

This page contains the same visualisations as the Summary page but includes additional filtering capabilities.

Dashboard Filter

Completed

  • Filters all visualisations based on the selected Completed Date or date range.


Page 3 – Today

Displays all jobs completed today.

Displays completed jobs grouped by Job State.

  • Completed Date = Today

  • Job State = Completed, Submitted, Invoiced

Displays completed jobs grouped by Completed Engineer.

Displays today's completed jobs by completed engineer.

Displays today's completed jobs grouped by service type.

Displays completed jobs during the current week.

Displays all completed jobs for the current week, including:

  • Completed Date

  • Site

  • Customer

  • Job Number

Pie Chart – Jobs by Completed Engineer

Displays the percentage distribution of completed jobs by engineer.


Column Chart – Total Jobs by Completed Date

Displays the number of completed jobs for each day of the current week.


Treemap – Completed Jobs This Week

Displays customer accounts with the highest number of completed jobs during the week.


Column Chart – Total Jobs by Completed Date and Engineer

Displays completed jobs grouped by engineer and completed day.

Displays completed jobs by day and engineer across the current week.

Final Remarks

The Jobs Completed Overview report provides a comprehensive view of completed work across multiple time periods. It enables organisations to monitor completed jobs, identify customer activity, review engineer performance, and track jobs awaiting submission or invoicing. The dashboard also highlights workload trends by customer, site, engineer, job state, service type, and charge code, making it a valuable operational tool for monitoring completed job performance and supporting business reporting.
