Overview
The Jobs Completed Overview report provides a comprehensive overview of completed jobs across different time periods. It enables users to monitor completed work, identify trends, analyse engineer performance, review customer activity, and track jobs progressing through the completion, submission, and invoicing stages. The report is divided into seven pages, allowing users to review completed jobs for Today, This Week, This Month, This Year, and All Completed Jobs.
To access the report, navigate to Self Service from the main navigation menu, open the All Standard Dashboards folder, locate Jobs Completed Overview, and click Preview. Users can apply the available filters, and the dashboard will automatically refresh to display the corresponding data.
Page 1 – Summary
This page provides a high-level overview of completed jobs and their current processing status.
KPI Charts – Completed Summary
Today
Displays the distinct count of jobs completed today. This KPI includes jobs in the Completed, Submitted, and Invoiced states with a valid Completed Date.
This Week
Displays the distinct count of jobs completed during the current week.
This Month
Displays the distinct count of jobs completed during the current month.
This Year
Displays the distinct count of jobs completed during the current year.
KPI Kanban
Displays the total number of completed jobs grouped by Job State, allowing users to quickly compare the volume of Completed, Submitted, and Invoiced jobs.
Treemap – Top 5
Displays the top five customers (Account Names) with the highest number of completed jobs.
