Written by Arnold E. Garcia

Purpose of the Report

The Asset Utilisation dashboard is designed to provide insight into how equipment assets are being utilised across customers, sites, and equipment types. It enables users to monitor equipment status, analyse utilisation levels, and understand the age profile of their asset fleet.

The dashboard is divided into three pages, each focusing on a different aspect of asset management:

  • Asset Utilisation – Provides an overview of equipment status and usage across the asset fleet.

  • Status and Usage – Displays equipment grouped by utilisation and operational status, allowing users to identify assets with light or heavy usage.

  • Equipment Age – Analyses the age distribution of equipment to support maintenance planning, lifecycle management, and replacement decisions.

Together, these pages provide valuable operational insight into equipment utilisation, helping organisations maximise asset performance and make informed asset management decisions.
