Cost to Maintain – 1st Page
The Cost to Maintain page provides an overview of the costs associated with maintaining equipment. It allows users to review individual equipment costs and identify which makes and models have the highest overall maintenance costs.

A calendar date picker used to filter equipment based on the collected date within a selected start and end date.
Period: Due Back
A calendar date picker used to filter equipment based on the due-back date within a selected start and end date.
KPI Charts – Cost to Maintain
Sum of Job Costs
Displays the total job costs associated with equipment. This is filtered to equipment with an Active contract status.
Available for Hire
Displays the number of equipment items available for hire, filtered to equipment with an Active contract status.

The table provides a detailed breakdown of maintenance costs for each piece of equipment.

Equipment ID – Unique identifier of the equipment.
Job Costs – Total costs recorded against jobs for the equipment.
Labour Costs – Total labour costs associated with maintaining the equipment.
Misc Costs – Total miscellaneous costs associated with the equipment.
