Purpose of the Report
The Utilisation of Hire Fleet dashboard is designed to provide visibility into the performance and utilisation of hire assets. It enables users to monitor equipment currently on hire, review fleet availability, analyse equipment age, and track servicing requirements for hire equipment.
The dashboard is divided into three pages:
Hire Fleet – Provides an overview of hire contracts, equipment availability, and fleet utilisation.
Equipment Age – Displays the age distribution of hire equipment to support lifecycle management and replacement planning.
Services Due – Identifies servicing requirements for hire equipment to help ensure assets remain compliant and ready for hire.
Together, these pages provide valuable insight into hire fleet performance, helping organisations maximise equipment utilisation while maintaining service readiness and asset reliability.
How to Access the Dashboard
From the main navigation menu, select the Self Service module.
Open the All Standard Dashboards folder.
Locate Utilisation of Hire Fleet.
Click Preview to open the dashboard.
Apply any desired filters. The dashboard will automatically refresh based on the filters selected.
Dashboard Overview
The dashboard contains three pages:
Page 1 – Hire Fleet
Provides an overview of hire contracts, equipment utilisation, hire terms, and fleet availability.
Page 2 – Equipment Age
Displays the age profile of hire equipment to support asset lifecycle planning and replacement decisions.
Page 3 – Services Due
Shows servicing information for hire equipment, helping users monitor upcoming and overdue maintenance activities.

Total in Hire Fleet
Displays the distinct count of Equipment IDs within the hire fleet.
Currently on Hire
Displays the distinct count of Equipment IDs currently assigned to active hire contracts.
Applied Filter - Contract Status Description = Active
Available for Hire
Displays the distinct count of Equipment IDs that are no longer on active hire contracts and are available for future hire.
