Reports can be found in Business Intelligence and give you a range of reports to choose from and a multitude of reports to fit your requirements.
Getting There
To get there:
Navigate to Business Intelligence.
Then, select Reports.
The reports shown depend on your user access rights. You can alter the access from Settings and then User Group Access, you might need an admin to do this.
For more information on User Access and Modules, check the user group access section in the User Settings article.
The reports listed are based on which modules you have enabled on your system. For example if you don't have Hire you won't have access to the Hire Reports on your system.
Records Reports
Service Contracts
Service Contracts gives a brief overview of the service contracts you have. It shows information about:
Contract period
Recurring invoice schedules
Number of equipment
Number of services
Filters
Branch - The report will use the branch selection from the main Service Geeni app, or where Select Branch is set to 'All Branches', allows you to choose branches to include.
Period - Includes contracts started before the end of the selected period and expiring after the start of the selected period (or it's a rolling contract).
Service Contract - Filters the report to specific contracts.
Contract Status - Filters the report by the contract's status.
Contract Term - Filters the report by the contract's term.
Invoice Frequency - Filters the report by the contract's frequency of invoice.
Payment Term - Filters the report by the contract's Payment Terms.
Service Level - Filters the report by service level.

Quotations
This gives you general information about quotations. It shows information about revenue, costs, and margins. This report doesn't include archived quotations.

Period - Includes quotations where the creation date falls within the selected period.
Quotation Type - Filters the report by the quotation's type.
Quotation Status - Filters the report by the quotation's status.
Customer Account - Filters the report by the customer account for which the quotation was raised.
Site - Filters the report by the relevant customer site for the quotation.
Include Expired Quotes - Includes any expired quotes when selected.

Hire Contract Off - Hire Revenue
This lists any equipment and charges on contracts with Off-hire status.
Filters
Branch - The report will use the branch selection from the main Service Geeni app, or where Select Branch is set to 'All Branches', allows you to choose branches to include.
Period - Specifies the period of time to be analysed.
Hire Contract - Filters by contract number or numbers to display in the report.
Equip. ID - Selects a specific or multiple equipment.

Root Cause Analysis
You can view the number of incidents from completed, submitted, and invoiced jobs and their root cause in this report. The root cause and number of incidents are grouped by branches.

Equipment Warranty
This report shows a list of any equipment with a warranty period. You can see information about the warranty start date, expiry date and the days left before it expires.

Stock Reports
Draft Purchase Orders
This report displays a list of all draft purchase orders. These are orders that are in the process of being entered but are not confirmed and haven't been sent to the supplier.

Branch - The report will use the branch selection from the main Service Geeni app, or where Select Branch is set to 'All Branches', allows you to choose branches to include.
Period - Includes draft purchase orders where the creation date falls within the selected period.

View By Type - Displays the report by type as pie chart. Pie chart shows the number of POs based on the duration open categorised to less than 5 days, less than 10 days and 10 days or above.
View By Status - Displays the report by status as bar chart. Bar chart is showing as total number of purchase orders per supplier.

Tabs
View By Age - Displays the report by age as a pie chart. Pie chart is segmented by age of PO (days ago it was closed). Also shows a table with PO details.
View By Supplier - Displays the report by supplier as a bar chart. Bar chart shows the total number of purchase orders per supplier.

This report will list stock receipts with quantity and value at the date specified.
Filters
Branch - The report will use the branch selection from the main Service Geeni app.
Tools and Stock - Filters the report to tools only, stocks only, or both tools and stocks.
Include Van Stock with Branch - Includes the report all stock in van with branch.
Engineer - Filters the report by engineer name.
Date - Specifies what date to run the valuation as at.

This report displays lists of received stock items and issued stock items and filtered by the date it was received or the date it was issued.
Filters
Branch - The report will use the branch selection from the main Service Geeni app. It will filter the report by the branch of issued or received stock items.
Product Group - Filters the report by product group name of issued or received stock items.
Transaction Type - Filters the report by transaction type. Receipt type option will show all received stock items and issue type will show all issued stock items.
Period - Filters the report by the date the stock item was issued. / Filters the report by the date the stock item was received.

Sort By - Sorts the report by 'Days Left' from closest date to furthest date or vice versa.
Warranty Type - Filters the report by warranty type. Warranty type options can be "Customer" or "Supplier". User can select "Any" to get both options from the result.
SKU - Filters the report by the selected received or issued stock item.
Site - Filters the report by the selected customer site.
Customer Account - Filters the report by the selected customer account.
Only include expired warranty - Filters the report only with stocks whose warranty has expired.
