The Job Quotations report gives you a complete view of all job-based quotes raised in Service Geeni. It pulls together quotation details, financials, margins, and customer and site information so you can track performance and convert quotes more effectively.
Use this report to:
Track your quotation pipeline for job-based work.

Monitor quoting activity by branch, customer, or site.

Identify quotes that are Draft, Sent, Accepted, Rejected, or pending.

Getting There
When you are ready to run the Job Quotations report:
Open the Business Intelligence module.
Click Reports.
In the Reports window, open the Records category.
Select Job Quotations.
Apply your filters, then click Apply to generate the report.
Available Filters and Their Impact
Use the filters at the top of the report to narrow down the dataset based on your needs:

Customer Account: Limits results to selected customer accounts. Ideal for account managers reviewing specific customers.
Site: Filters by the customer site linked to the quotation. This is useful when customers operate across multiple locations.
Pro Tip: Combine Period, Quotation Status, and Branch to monitor live quoting activity and performance by region or team.
