The Booked Job Stock report shows all stock items booked to jobs in Service Geeni. It includes quantities, jobs, customers, equipment, pricing, and reason codes so you can track how stock is allocated and used across your operation.

Use this report to:

  • Track stock usage across jobs, customers, and contracts.

  • Monitor cost and selling prices for booked items.

  • Ensure stock allocation aligns with jobs, service contracts, and service levels.

  • Support audits, stock control, and job cost analysis.

This report helps you maintain accurate stock records and gives you clear visibility of stock movements.


Getting There

When you need to run the Booked Job Stock report:

  • Open the Business Intelligence module.

  • Click Reports.

  • In the Reports window, open the Scheduling category.

  • Select Booked Job Stock.

  • Apply your filters, then click Apply to generate the report.


Available Filters and Their Impact

Use the filters at the top of the report to refine which booked job stock items are displayed:

  • Filters: Use the filters at the top of the report to control which booked stock items appear.

  • Period: Filters by the date the issued stock was created. Only stock issued within the selected date range is included.

Pro Tip: Use short periods to review recent activity, or longer periods to analyse trends.

  • Branch: Filters by branch. The report defaults to the branch selected in the main Service Geeni interface.

  • Contract: Filters stock by service contract number.

  • Customer Account: Filters stock items by customer account.

  • Service Level: Filters stock by the service level on the associated contract.

  • Equip. ID: Filters stock by the equipment ID linked to the booked item.

  • Job: Filters stock by the job number the item is booked to.

  • Site: Filters stock by customer site ID.

  • Job Status: Filters stock based on the status of the job.

  • Report Price Source: Controls whether Cost Price and Sell Price come from the stock card or the issued stock values.

Each row in the report represents a booked job stock item.

Service level of the contract.

Customer ID

Customer account ID number.

Customer Name

Customer account name.

Site ID

Customer site ID number.

Site Name

Customer site name.

Equipment ID

Equipment ID associated with the booked stock.

Make

Equipment make.

Model

Equipment model.

Type

Equipment type.

SKU

Booked stock item number.

Job No.

Job number the stock is booked to.

Stock Description

Description of the booked stock item.

Quantity

Total quantity booked.

Cost Price

Cost price of the booked stock item.

Sell Price

Selling price of the booked stock item.

Reason Code

Reason code description for booking the stock item.

Insight: Regularly reviewing booked job stock ensures accurate stock allocation, correct pricing, and proper tracking of stock usage across jobs and service contracts.
