The Contracts Due for Renewal report is designed to highlight active hire contracts that are approaching their expiry (renewal) date within a defined timeframe.
This report helps teams to:
Track upcoming contract renewals and avoid service interruptions.
Schedule customer outreach or renegotiation discussions.
Support revenue forecasting based on expected contract renewals.
Maintain contract continuity and reduce the risk of lost business.

Getting There
To access the Contracts Due for Renewal in Service Geeni, follow these steps:
Select the Business Intelligence module from the main menu.
Choose the Reports sub-module.
In the Reports window, navigate to the Records category.
Click on the Contracts Due for Renewal module to open the report.
Add the desired filters (explained below), then click the Apply button to generate the report.
Available Filters and Their Impact
Use the filters at the top of the report to tailor the results to your needs:
Branch: Filters the report by Depot (Branch) associated with the contract. Useful for regional teams managing contracts across different locations.
Period: Filters based on the Contract Expiry Date, also referred to as the Date of Renewal.
Only contracts with expiry dates within this date range will be shown.
Allows you to focus on upcoming renewals within a specific window (e.g. next 30 or 60 days).
Pro Tip: Use this report at the start of each month to see which contracts need attention before they expire.
Column Breakdown and Key Fields
Each row in the report represents a hire contract that is due for renewal. The following columns are included:
Column Name | Description |
PM Contract | The unique identifier for the hire contract (contract number). |
Customer | The customer account associated with the contract. |
Date of Renewal | The contract expiry date – when the current agreement is due to end. |
