Let's get started!

The FOC Trucks Report provides visibility of hire equipment allocated to contracts that are not generating recurring charges.

This report helps users to:

  • Identify equipment on hire that is not being charged.

  • Monitor free-of-charge or zero-value hire contracts.

  • Ensure contractual and billing arrangements are correct.

  • Support internal reviews of non-revenue equipment usage.

The report helps ensure transparency and control over equipment deployed on hire contracts without associated hire revenue.

Getting There

To access the FOC Trucks Report in Service Geeni, follow these steps:

  • Open the Business Intelligence module.

  • Click on the Reports sub-module.

  • In the Reports window, navigate to the Finance category.

  • Click the FOC Trucks module to open the report.

  • Add the desired filters (explained below), then click the Apply button to generate the report.

Available Filters and Their Impact

Use the filters at the top of the report to refine which FOC hire equipment records are displayed.

  • Branch: Filters the report by the branch linked to the hire contract. The report uses the branch selected in the main Service Geeni interface. If multiple branches are selected, all relevant records are displayed.

  • Date: Filters the report by hire period. The date range is evaluated between the equipment start date and end date, including the collected date, due back date, or contract expiry date. Only equipment active within the selected range is displayed.
