The Hires Not Made Active report provides visibility into hire contracts that have been created but are not yet set to Active status. These may include contracts that are still in progress, awaiting activation, or stalled for other reasons.

This report is designed to help:

  • Identify hire contracts that have not moved beyond draft or pending stages.

  • Track potential bottlenecks in the contract activation process.

  • Follow up on contracts that may have been forgotten or delayed.

  • Improve operational flow and customer onboarding timelines,

By monitoring these inactive contracts, teams can reduce delays, enhance service responsiveness, and ensure all hire agreements progress efficiently.


Getting There

To access the Hires Not Made Active in Service Geeni, follow these steps:

  • Select the Business Intelligence module from the main menu.

  • Choose the Reports sub-module.

  • In the Reports window, navigate to the Reports category.

  • Click on the Hires Not Made Active module to open the report.

  • Add the desired filters (explained below), then click the Apply button to generate the report.


Available Filters and Their Impact

Use the filters at the top of the report to narrow down the results. Each filter plays a specific role in focusing the dataset:

  • Period: Filters contracts by their Created Date, which helps identify non-active contracts created within a specific time frame.

  • Site: Filters contracts based on the Customer Site associated with the hired equipment. This is useful when reviewing contracts per region, customer location, or service area.

ProTip: Use both filters together to see contracts created at a specific site during a set period.


Column Breakdown and Key Fields

Each row in the report represents a Hire Contract that is not currently Active. The following columns are included:

Column Name

Description

Contract Number

Unique identifier of the hire contract.

Status

The current status of the contract (excluding those marked as "Active").

Created Date

The date the contract was initially created in the system.

Site Name

The customer site associated with the hired equipment (if applicable).
