Available Filters and Their Impact
The report includes several dynamic filters to fine-tune your results. These filters allow you to narrow down the data based on specific business units or customer groupings.
Branch (Depot): This Filters data by the Depot associated with a customer or the item. It applies to both CustomerAccount and StockItem/Engineer depots.
Useful when analysing pricing for specific geographical locations or operational branches.
Division: This option filters based on the Division the customer is assigned to. It helps focus the report on a particular business unit or functional group within the organisation.
Parent Group: Here, it filters by Parent Customer Groups, which allows grouping of multiple customers under a single parent entity. This helps when analysing aggregated pricing strategies across linked customer accounts.
Customer Account: This directly filters for one or more specific customers, it enables focused analysis of the pricing structure for individual accounts.
Note: If filters are left blank, the report returns results across all available data, subject to the constraints of archived records and active pricing profiles.
