Overview
The Jobs All dashboard provides a comprehensive view of all jobs within the system, allowing users to review job details, monitor job progress, and track important dates throughout the job lifecycle. It serves as a central reference for viewing job information across different customers, sites, equipment, and engineers.
To access the report, navigate to Self Service from the navigation menu, open the All Standard Dashboards folder, locate Jobs All, and click Preview to open the dashboard. Users can apply the available filters to narrow down the results, and the data table will automatically refresh based on the selected criteria.
This report consists of one page:
All Jobs
Page 1 – All Jobs
This page displays a complete list of jobs together with their associated customer, equipment, engineer, and scheduling information. Users can filter the report by various date ranges and job details to quickly locate specific records and monitor job progress.
Dashboard Filters
Call Date
Filters the report by the Call Date using a start and end date calendar picker. This allows users to view jobs logged within a selected date range.
Agreed Visit Date
Filters the report by the Agreed Visit Date using a start and end date calendar picker, enabling users to review scheduled visits within a specified period.
Completed
Filters the report by the Completed Date using a start and end date calendar picker to display jobs completed during the selected timeframe.
Customer
Filters the report by Customer Account Name, allowing users to display jobs for one or more specific customers.
Site
Filters the report by Site Name and Location Name, making it easy to review jobs performed at selected customer locations.
Equipment
Filters the report by Equipment ID and Equipment Description, allowing users to display jobs related to specific equipment assets.
Data Table – Jobs
Displays a detailed list of job records together with customer, equipment, scheduling, engineer, and job status information.
Columns
Job No. – Displays the unique reference number assigned to the job.
Sub Job No. – Displays the associated sub-job number where the job consists of multiple tasks or work items.
Customer – Displays the name of the customer associated with the job.
Customer No. – Displays the unique customer account number.
Site – Displays the customer site where the work is scheduled or has been carried out.
Equipment ID – Displays the unique identifier of the equipment associated with the job.
Call Date – Displays the date the job was initially logged or reported.
Agreed Visit – Displays the scheduled date agreed with the customer for the engineer to attend the site.
Completed – Displays the date the job was completed.
Job State – Displays the current workflow state of the job, such as Unissued, Issued, Completed, Submitted, or Invoiced.
Job Status – Displays the current operational status of the job, providing additional information about its progress.
Engineer – Displays the engineer assigned to complete the job.
Task Description – Displays a brief description of the work or task to be carried out for the job.
Sorting - Sorted by Agreed Visit Date in ascending order to display the earliest scheduled visits first.
Conditional Formatting - The Agreed Visit column uses conditional formatting to highlight jobs scheduled today, displaying the cell with a dark violet background and green font to help users quickly identify jobs requiring immediate attention.

The Jobs All dashboard provides a centralized view of all job records across the system, making it easy to monitor job schedules, track completion progress, and review customer, equipment, and engineer information. Its comprehensive filtering capabilities allow users to quickly locate specific jobs based on dates, customers, sites, or equipment.
The dashboard's sortable data table and conditional formatting help users identify upcoming work at a glance, improving job planning, operational monitoring, and day-to-day workload management. All displayed information is dynamically updated based on the selected filters, ensuring users always have access to the most relevant job data.
