Overview
The Out of Order report provides a real-time overview of equipment that is currently marked as Out of Order (OOO). It enables users to monitor equipment that is unavailable for use, identify how long assets have remained out of service, review assigned engineers, and track active breakdowns requiring attention. The report is divided into three pages, each presenting the Out of Order information using different filtering criteria to support operational monitoring and maintenance management.
To access the report, navigate to Self Service from the main navigation menu, open the All Standard Dashboards folder, locate Out of Order, and click Preview. Users can apply the available filters, and the dashboard will automatically refresh to display the corresponding data.
Page 1 – Live OOO – Based on Equipment Status
This page displays all live Out of Order equipment based on the equipment status recorded within the system.
KPI Charts
Total OOO
Displays the total number of distinct equipment currently marked as Out of Order (OOO). This KPI includes equipment with a status of OOO and records where the equipment status is NULL.
< 1 Day
Displays the number of Out of Order equipment reported within the previous day, allowing users to identify newly reported Out of Order assets.
1 Day – 1 Month
Displays the number of Out of Order equipment with call dates occurring within the last month, excluding equipment reported during the previous day.
> 1 Month
Displays the number of Out of Order equipment that has remained out of service for more than one month, helping identify long-standing issues requiring further investigation.
Column Chart – Equipment Status
Displays the distribution of equipment based on their current equipment status.

Displays detailed information for each active Out of Order equipment record.
