Purpose of the Report
The Servicing dashboard is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of service job performance, scheduled maintenance activities, and equipment servicing status. It enables users to monitor service workloads, track completed and outstanding service jobs, and identify equipment with upcoming or overdue servicing requirements.
The dashboard is divided into three pages, allowing users to analyse servicing operations from different perspectives:
Servicing Summary – Provides an overview of service job activity, job status, and servicing performance.
Jobs – Displays detailed information for individual service jobs.
Services Due / Overdue – Identifies equipment with upcoming or overdue servicing requirements to support proactive maintenance planning.
Together, these pages provide valuable insight into servicing operations and help ensure maintenance activities are completed on time.
How to Access the Dashboard
From the main navigation menu, select the Self Service module.
Open the All Standard Dashboards folder.
Locate Servicing.
Click Preview to open the dashboard.
Apply any desired filters. The dashboard will automatically refresh based on the filters selected.
Dashboard Overview
The dashboard contains three pages:
Page 1 – Servicing Summary - Provides a high-level overview of service job activity, job statuses, servicing performance, and upcoming workloads.
Page 2 – Jobs - Displays detailed information about individual service jobs, including financial values, engineers, dates, and job statuses.
Page 3 – Services Due / Overdue - Focuses on equipment servicing schedules by highlighting overdue services, upcoming maintenance, and equipment requiring new service jobs.

Call Logged
Type: Date range selector
Description: Filters the dashboard using the date the service request or job was logged.
Completed
Type: Date range selector
Description: Filters the dashboard using the service job completed date.
Customer
Type: Drop-down selection
Description: Filters servicing information for a selected customer.
Site
Type: Drop-down selection
Description: Filters servicing activity for a selected customer site or operational location.
Equipment
Type: Drop-down selection
Description: Filters servicing records for a selected piece of equipment.
KPI Indicators
The Servicing Summary page contains KPI indicators that provide an overview of service job progression.
Due – To Be Raised
Displays the number of servicing activities that are due but where a service job has not yet been created.
Due – Raised
Displays the number of servicing activities that are due and have had a service job created.
Issued
Displays the number of service jobs currently issued to engineers for completion.
Scheduled
Displays the number of service jobs that have been scheduled but not yet completed.
Completed
Displays the number of completed service jobs.
Overdue
Displays the number of service jobs that have passed their expected servicing date and remain incomplete.
Pie Chart – Service Jobs by Status
The pie chart provides a breakdown of service jobs by their current job state.
How It Works
Displays the distinct count of Job Numbers.
Groups records by Job State.
Provides a visual overview of the distribution of service jobs across different stages of completion.

The stacked column chart displays servicing activity over time.
How It Works
Displays the distinct count of Job Numbers.
Groups data by the month and year of the Agreed Visit Date.

Indicator – Equipment With Servicing to be Completed
The indicator provides an overview of servicing completion against the total equipment requiring servicing.
How It Works
Actual Value: Count of Completed Dates.
Target Value: Count of Equipment IDs.
This indicator provides a quick measure of servicing completion progress across the equipment fleet.
