The Open Calls Contract Equipment report provides visibility of all active service jobs linked to equipment, including whether that equipment is covered by a service contract.

This report enables service and operations teams to:

  • Identify jobs associated with contract-managed and non-contract equipment.

  • Monitor service coverage and workload allocation.

  • Track equipment-specific issues to ensure contracts are correctly applied.

  • Evaluate service performance and associated costs.

This report helps maintain contract compliance, improves operational oversight, and supports service efficiency.


Getting There

To access the Open Calls Contract Equipment Report in Service Geeni, follow these steps:

  • Open the Business Intelligence module.

  • Select the KPI Viewer sub-module.

  • Locate the Open Calls Contract Equipment report module.

  • Click the report module to generate the report.

Alternatively, click the gear icon on the lower-right corner of the report module to add or modify filters, then click the report module to generate the report.


Available Filters and Their Impact

Use the filters at the top of the report to refine the data displayed.

  • Period: Filters the report by the service job creation date.

Tip: Use shorter periods to focus on recent service calls or longer periods to review historical trends.

  • Branch: Filters the report by the selected branch where the service jobs are located.

Tip: Focus on a single branch or review all branches for a group-level perspective.

  • Customer Account: Filters the report by a specific customer account number.

Tip: Useful for auditing service contracts for specific customers.

  • Site: Filters the report by selected customer sites.

Tip: Focus on site-specific equipment and service calls.


Available Charts and Their Impact

  • Contract Managed Distribution: Displays a pie chart showing the total number of active service jobs, grouped by whether the equipment is contract-managed.

The chart is divided into two categories:

  • Yes: Equipment is covered by a service contract.

  • No: Equipment is not covered by a service contract.

At a Glance: This chart provides a quick overview of contract coverage across active service jobs and helps identify work being carried out on non-contract equipment.


Column Breakdown and Key Fields

Each row in the report represents a single service task associated with equipment.

Column Name

Description

Branch

Name of the branch or depot responsible for the service job.

Customer Name

Customer account associated with the service job.

Site Name

Customer site where the service work is taking place.

Job Description

Description of the service task being performed.

Equipment ID

Unique identifier of the equipment being serviced.

Make

Manufacturer of the equipment.

Model

Model name of the equipment.

Type

Equipment type or category.

Serial Number

Serial number of the equipment.

Year of Manufacture

Year the equipment was manufactured.

Contract Managed

Indicates whether the equipment is covered under a service contract. Displays Yes or No.

Service Contract No.

Contract reference associated with the equipment. Versioned contracts are displayed as Contract Number-Version. If no contract applies, N/A is displayed.

Task No.

Task reference displayed in Job Number-Task Number format.

Call Date

Date the service job was created.

Job State

Current status of the job, such as Issued, Partially Completed, Uncompleted, Scheduled, Accepted, or Rejected.

Work Done

Description of work completed to date. Displays "-" if no notes have been recorded.

Task Charges

Total charges recorded against the task.
