The Open Breakdowns report provides visibility of all currently open breakdown jobs across branches and customer sites.
This report enables operational teams to:

Getting There
To access the Open Breakdowns Report in Service Geeni, follow these steps:
Open the Business Intelligence module.
Select the KPI Viewer sub-module.
Locate the Open Breakdowns report module.
Click the report module to generate the report.
Alternatively, click the gear icon on the lower-right corner of the report module to add or modify filters, then click the report module to generate the report.
Available Filters and Their Impact
Use the filters at the top of the report to refine which open breakdowns are displayed.
Branch: Filters the report by branch (depot) selection. The report automatically uses the branch selected in the main Service Geeni interface.
Tip: Focus on a single branch or review all branches to get a group-level overview of open breakdowns.
Period: Filters the report by job creation date. Only breakdowns logged within the selected date range are displayed.
Tip: Use shorter periods to focus on recent breakdowns or longer periods to review historical trends.
Column Breakdown and Key Fields
Each row in the report represents a single open breakdown job.
Column Name | Description |
Job No. | Unique identifier for the job, displayed as Job Number-Task Number. |
Call Date | Date and time the job was created. |
Engineer | Name of the engineer assigned to the task. Multiple engineers are displayed as a comma-separated list. |
Location | Customer site or location where the equipment is located. |
Area | Primary equipment location. |
Sub Area | Secondary location or department within the area. |
Equipment | Equipment ID associated with the breakdown. This field may be blank if no equipment has been assigned. |
Description | Task description detailing the reported breakdown or repair requirement. |
