The Equipment Open/Rejected Quotes Report provides visibility of quotations raised against service equipment, including quotes that are Active, Rejected, Accepted, or Completed.

Use this report to monitor quotation activity, identify quotes requiring follow-up, and understand how quoted work relates to service activity carried out on equipment.

This report helps teams to:

  • Track quotation status across customers, sites, and equipment.

  • Identify open or rejected quotations requiring review.

  • Monitor quoting activity across branches.

  • Review the relationship between quotations and jobs raised on equipment.

  • Support revenue forecasting and customer engagement activities.


Getting There

To access the Equipment Open/Rejected Quotes Report in Service Geeni:

  • Open the Business Intelligence module.

  • Select the KPI Viewer sub-module.

  • Locate and select the Equipment Open/Rejected Quotes report.

  • (Optional) Select the gear icon on the report tile to add or modify filters before generating the report.


Available Filters and Their Impact

The following filters can be used to refine the report data:

  • Branch: Filters the report by the branch where the equipment is located.

Tip: Useful when reviewing quotation activity for a specific branch or depot.

  • Quote Period: Filters quotations based on their creation date.

Tip: Use shorter periods to review recent quotation activity or longer periods to identify quoting trends.

  • Period: Filters jobs associated with the equipment based on job creation date.

Tip: Consider matching this period with the Quote Period to provide a consistent view of quotation and job activity.

  • Customer Account: Filters the report by customer account.

Tip: Useful when reviewing quotation activity for a specific customer.

  • Site: Filters the report by customer site.

Tip: Useful when customers operate multiple locations and site-level reporting is required.

  • Equip. ID: Filters the report by equipment ID.

Tip: Useful when reviewing quotation history for a specific asset.

Each row in the report represents a quotation linked to a specific piece of equipment.

Unique identification number of the equipment

Manufacturer or brand of the equipment

Category or classification of the equipment

Serial Number

Manufacturer’s unique serial number

Year of Manufacture

Year the equipment was manufactured

Quotation Number

Unique identifier for the quotation

Quote Date

Date the quotation was created or issued

Quote Status

Current status of the quotation (Active, Rejected, Accepted, Completed)

Jobs on Equipment

Number of jobs associated with the equipment during the selected period

Job Numbers

Job and sub-job numbers related to the equipment (top 10 shown if more exist)

Work to be Carried Out

Description of the quoted work

Insight: When more than 10 jobs exist for a single piece of equipment within the selected period, only the first 10 job and sub-job numbers are displayed, followed by an ellipsis (...).
