Getting There
To access the Most Expensive Equipment Report in Service Geeni, follow these steps:
Open the Business Intelligence module.
Select the KPI Viewer sub-module.
Locate the Most Expensive Equipment report module.
Click the report module to generate the report.
Alternatively, click the gear icon on the lower-right corner of the report module to add or modify filters, then click the report module to generate the report.
Available Filters and Their Impact
Use the filters at the top of the report to refine which equipment is displayed:
Period: Filters the report by the job creation date. Only jobs created within the selected date range are included.
Tip: Use shorter periods to review recent cost trends or longer periods to identify patterns over time.
Branch: Filters the report by branch (depot) selection. The report automatically uses the branch selected in the main Service Geeni interface.
Tip: Focus on a single branch or review all branches to see a group-level overview.
Customer Account: Filters the report by customer account number.
Tip: Useful for reviewing equipment costs for key clients.
Site: Filters the report by customer site.
Tip: Helps identify high-cost equipment at specific locations.
Equip. ID: Filters the report by specific equipment.
Tip: Use to review high-cost jobs for individual pieces of equipment.
Job Type: Filters the report by job type.

Quickly identifies the most expensive assets in terms of job costs.

Each row in the report represents a single piece of equipment and aggregates costs from associated jobs over the selected period.

Branch | Name of the branch/depot where the customer account is assigned. |
Customer Name | Customer account associated with the equipment. |
Site Name | Name of the customer site where the equipment is located. |
Equipment ID | Unique identifier for the equipment. |
Make | Manufacturer of the equipment. |

Type | Equipment type or category. |
Serial Number | Serial number of the equipment. |
Year of Manufacture | Year the equipment was manufactured. |
Total No. of Jobs | Count of all jobs performed on the equipment within the selected period. |
Total Cost Over Date Range | Sum of all job charges for the equipment over the selected period. |
Average Job Cost | Average cost per job (Total Cost ÷ Number of Jobs). |
Average Parts Cost | Average cost of parts per job. |
Average Labour Cost | Average labour cost per job. |
Average Labour Time | Average total labour hours spent per job. |
Average Other Cost | Average additional costs per job (travel, miscellaneous). |
