The Quotes Overview By Status report provides visibility of quotations across your selected branches, customers, sites, equipment, and date ranges.

This report enables sales teams and managers to:

  • Monitor quotations throughout their lifecycle.

  • Track Active, Rejected, Accepted, and Completed quotations.

  • Identify quotations requiring follow-up.

  • Review quotation activity by customer, site, or equipment.

  • Analyse quotation trends across branches and time periods.

This report is essential for maintaining visibility of quotation pipelines and ensuring opportunities are progressed efficiently.


Getting There

To access the Quotes Overview By Status report, follow these steps:

  • Open the Business Intelligence module.

  • Select the KPI Viewer sub-module.

  • Locate the Quotes Overview By Status report module.

  • Click the report module to generate the report.

Alternatively, click the gear icon in the lower-right corner of the report module to add or modify filters before generating the report.


Available Filters and Their Impact

Use the filters at the top of the report to refine which quotations are displayed.

  • Period: Filters quotations by creation date. Only quotations created within the selected date range are included.

  • Branch: Filters quotations by the selected branch. Only quotations associated with that branch are displayed.

  • Customer Account: Filters quotations for specific customer accounts. Useful when reviewing quotation activity for individual customers.

  • Site: Filters quotations by customer site. Useful for customers with multiple locations.

  • Equipment ID: Filters quotations associated with a specific equipment record. Useful when reviewing quotation activity for particular assets.

  • Quote Status: Filters quotations by their current status, including Active, Rejected, Accepted, and Completed.

Tip: Use the Quote Status filter alongside Period and Branch filters to quickly identify quotations that may require follow-up.

Branch

Name of the branch responsible for the quotation.

Customer Name

Customer account associated with the quotation.

Site Name

Site where the quoted work is to be carried out.

Equipment ID

Equipment associated with the quotation, where applicable.

Quotation Number

Unique identifier for the quotation.

Quote Status

Current status of the quotation.

Work to be Carried Out

Description of the proposed work or service.

Quote Date

Date the quotation was created or last updated.
