The Field Service Order Bank Report provides a consolidated view of all revenue linked to jobs and associated equipment.

It allows finance, operations, and management teams to:

  • Monitor revenue from stock items, non-stock items, miscellaneous invoices, minimum charges, mileage, callouts, and clock hour surcharges.

  • Track revenue per branch, customer, job, and equipment.

  • Analyse financial data for completed jobs or jobs still in progress within a specified date range.

  • Review nominal codes, cost centres, and departments for accurate financial allocation.

  • Support reporting for accounting, auditing, and operational decision-making.

This report is essential for maintaining visibility of field service operations and ensuring accurate revenue recognition.


Getting There

To access this report:

• Select the Business Intelligence module.

• Click the Reports module.

• Navigate to the Finance category.

• Select the Field Service Order Bank report module.

• Choose the desired filters (explained below), then click Apply to generate the report.


Available Filters and Their Impact

Use the filters at the top of the report to refine the jobs and revenue displayed.

  • Branch: Filters the report based on the branch selection from the main Service Geeni interface.

  • Last Posting / Posting To Date: Filters the report based on the date the job was completed. If a job is not yet completed, the job creation date is used.

  • Customer Account: Filters the report by the selected customer account number associated with jobs.

  • Job: Filters the report by selected job numbers.

  • Equip. ID: Filters the report by the selected equipment ID linked to the job.

  • Include Invoiced Jobs: Optionally includes jobs that have already been invoiced.

Tip: Combine filters to analyse revenue by branch, customer, reporting period, or specific jobs.

Branch description of the job.

Job No.

Unique, auto-generated number of the job.

Customer No.

Customer account number linked to the job.

Sales Rep.

Sales representative associated with the job.

Customer Name

Name of the customer account.

Cluster Name

Parent equipment ID.

Customer Reference

Customer reference number linked to the job.

Order Revenue

Revenue from the job, including stock, non-stock, and charges.

VAT

VAT amount applicable to the job revenue.

Total Inc. VAT

Total revenue including VAT (Order Revenue + VAT).

Date Of Last Posting

Start date of the reporting period.

Posting To Date

End date of the reporting period.

Nominal

Cost code nominal applied to the order charge.

Cost Centre

Cost Centre assigned to the order charge.

Department

Department code linked to the order charge.

Insight: Regular review of this report helps identify revenue trends, verify nominal and cost centre allocation, and ensure all revenue streams are accounted for across jobs, branches, and customers.
