Let's get started!

The Branch Invoicing Report provides a view of invoice activity across branches within a selected period, including invoices and credit notes.

This report helps users to:

  • Monitor invoicing activity by branch.

  • Analyse invoice values by type and category.

  • Distinguish between invoices and credit notes.

  • Support financial reconciliation and reporting.

By presenting invoice values with credits reflected as negative amounts, the report ensures an accurate financial overview for each branch.

Getting There

To access the Branch Invoicing Report in Service Geeni, follow these steps:

  • Open the Business Intelligence module.

  • Click on the Reports sub-module.

  • In the Reports window, navigate to the Finance category.

  • Click the Branch Invoicing module to open the report.

  • Add the desired filters (explained below), then click the Apply button to generate the report.

Available Filters and Their Impact

Use the filters at the top of the report to refine which invoice records are displayed.

  • Branch: Filters the report by branch. The report uses the branch selected in the main Service Geeni interface. If multiple branches are selected, invoices from all selected branches are included.

  • Period: Filters the report by invoice date. Only invoices within the selected range are displayed.

  • Invoice Type: Filters the report by record type. Invoice shows standard invoices, Credit shows credit notes, and All shows both. Credit values are displayed as negative amounts.

  • Type: Filters the report by invoice category type. Multiple types can be selected to focus on specific classifications.
