Getting There
To access the Invoiced Sales Summary Report in Service Geeni, follow these steps:
Open the Business Intelligence module.
Click on the Reports sub-module.
In the Reports window, navigate to the Finance category.
Click the Invoiced Sales Summary module to open the report.
Add the desired filters (explained below), then click the Apply button to generate the report.
Available Filters and Their Impact
Use the filters at the top of the report to control which invoiced sales are included in the summary.
Period: Filters the report by invoice date. Only invoices, credit notes, and miscellaneous invoices within the selected range are included.
Column Breakdown and Key Fields
Each row in the report represents the total invoiced sales value for a single sales representative within the selected period.
Column Name | Description |
Sales Person Code | Displays the sales representative's unique code. |
Sales Person Name | Displays the first and last name of the sales representative. |
Total Value | Displays the total invoiced sales value for the sales representative. Credits and returns are reflected as negative values. |
Insight: Because credits and credit notes are included as negative values, the Total Value column reflects net sales, providing a more accurate view of sales performance.
