Let's get started!

The Zero Issued Stock Report identifies all stock items that have never been issued since their receipt into the system.

This report is an essential stock control tool that helps teams:

  • Highlight slow-moving, dormant, or obsolete inventory.

  • Identify stock that is being purchased but never used operationally.

  • Support warehouse optimisation and reduce unnecessary storage costs.

  • Improve procurement accuracy by identifying items that may have been over-ordered.

  • Validate stock accuracy by comparing received quantities against issued quantities.

By focusing on items with zero outgoing stock activity, this report provides a clear view of inventory that may require review, redistribution, or removal.
