The PM Schedule Planner report provides a 12-month view of all planned Preventive Maintenance visits across customer equipment.

It helps you stay ahead of maintenance, plan workloads, and make sure you meet your contract commitments without surprises.

You can use this report to:

• Plan technician workloads across the year.


• Monitor PM frequency per equipment and site.


• Stay compliant with service contracts.


• Identify peak months and prepare resources in advance


Getting There

You can access this report from the Reports section via the Business Intelligence module.

  • Go to the Business Intelligence menu.

  • Select the Reports sub-module.

  • In the Reports window, navigate to the Equipment category.

  • Click on the PM Schedule Planner module to open the report.

  • Add the desired filters (explained below), then click the Apply button to generate the report.


Available Filters and Their Impact

Use the filters at the top of the report to refine your results.

Customer Account: Filters the report by one or more customer accounts. This lets you focus on maintenance schedules for a specific client or group of clients.

Use this when reviewing PM commitments for key accounts or planning workloads for priority customers.

If left blank, the report shows PM schedules across all active customer accounts.


Column Breakdown and Key Fields

Each row represents a single piece of equipment under an active PM contract, along with its scheduled maintenance across the next 12 months.

Column Name

Description

Account Name and No.

Displays the customer’s account name and number.

Site Location

The site or city where the equipment is installed.

Contract No.

The contract reference linked to the PM schedule.

Equipment Make

The manufacturer or brand of the equipment.

Equipment Model

The model of the equipment.

Equipment ID

The unique internal identifier for the equipment.

Serial No.

The manufacturer’s serial number.

Visits Per Year

The total number of PM visits scheduled across all 12 months.

Jan. – Dec.

Shows the number of PM visits scheduled for each month. These adjust dynamically based on the current date, giving you a rolling 12-month view.

The PM Schedule Planner report helps you plan and stay in control of your maintenance workload.

Recommendation: Review this report at the start of each month to align schedules, confirm visit counts, and make sure all PM commitments are on track.
