Emails sent to Junk/Spam

How can I get emails to stop going into the Junk or spam folder

If your emails for Job Sheets, Invoice, Quotes etc (that have been set to automatically email to your customer) are going into Junk/Spam you need to:

  • Contact your Service Geeni Administrator and/or Service Geeni Support.

  • Once the DNS settings are enabled, your IT department will need to set up the DNS from their side.
