The following fixes and improvements were included in version Mobile_7.0.43 (Mobile), released on 8 October 2026.

Enhancements (5)

Parts collection indicator on the mobile job list

Engineers can now see from the mobile app's job list whether a job has parts reserved, parts requested or parts waiting to be collected. The indicator appears on the job list itself, so there is no need to open each job, and it remains available offline once job data has been downloaded. This helps engineers collect everything they need before setting off for site.

Start-of-day form requested on first activity of the day

When a form is set as required at the start of each day, the mobile app now asks engineers to complete it on their first activity change of the day, such as setting a job to Travelling To. The form is requested whichever activity the engineer starts with, so it is captured every day. Start-of-day checks are therefore completed consistently before any travel or work takes place.

Mobile App Communication Flow Indicators

The Mobile App now displays Up and Down indicators alongside the connection-status dot, allowing engineers to see when data is being sent or received. This is an optional feature; customers who would like it enabled can contact Customer Success.

Engineer and device details pre-filled on the app issue form

When engineers raise a support issue from the mobile app's job list menu, their engineer number and device name are now filled in on the form automatically. This saves engineers time and gives the support team the details they need to investigate straight away.

Gateway Support for Multilingual Job Data

Gateway now supports newly added and updated multilingual data for Cost Code, Priority Code, and Job Status

Fixes (7)

Spanish translation completed across mobile app screens

When the mobile app was set to Spanish, several screens still showed English text, including parts of the job list, menu, My Details, More Options and Finish the Day. This has been fixed, so these screens now display fully in Spanish for a consistent experience.

App no longer freezes when leaving Service Instructions

If an engineer navigated back from a job while the Service Instructions window was still open, the window stayed on top of the Jobs screen and the mobile app froze until it was force-closed. This has been fixed, so the window now closes when leaving the job and the app remains usable.

Unused equipment and parts sections hidden on mobile

On the mobile app's Work Done tab, the Equipment and Parts sections still appeared for organisations that do not use equipment or parts, even though these features were switched off. This has been fixed, so these sections are now hidden when the related features are disabled, keeping the screen focused on what engineers need.

Product Quantity Retention – Mobile Application

Improved product quantity handling in the mobile application. The collected product quantity is now retained when users switch between tabs, navigate to the Job List and return to the job, or reopen the application.

The collected quantity is also correctly updated in the Web application after completing the job.

'No Data' note lets visits be completed on mobile

In the mobile app, drivers who collected nothing on a visit could not complete it after adding a 'No Data' note, as the app kept asking for a note to be added. This has been fixed, so adding a 'No Data' note now allows the visit to be completed.

Issued jobs now appear on mobile without refreshing

Job updates sent from the office sometimes failed to reach engineers' mobile devices until a manual refresh was carried out, because one delayed update could hold up all the updates queued behind it. This has been fixed, so the following now happen automatically, without a refresh:

* Jobs issued to an engineer from the scheduler appear on their mobile job list promptly. * Jobs unissued from an engineer are removed from their mobile job list. * A single delayed update no longer blocks later updates, so engineers with a large number of pending changes, such as after returning from leave, receive them all.

Closure codes now load on the Windows app Work Done page

On the Windows app, when closure codes were set as mandatory on job completion, the Closure Code list on the Work Done page opened blank, even after refreshing the app's data, so engineers could not select a code or complete the job. This has been fixed, so the Windows app now shows all active closure codes available to the engineer, matching the Android app, and engineers can select a code and complete the job as normal.
