Overview
The Equipment On and Not On Contract dashboard provides an overview of equipment that is currently covered by service contracts, equipment that is active or inactive, and equipment that is not associated with an active contract. It enables users to identify equipment that requires contract attention, monitor contract status, and review contracts that are active, terminated, or approaching renewal.
To access the report, navigate to Self Service from the navigation menu, open the All Standard Dashboards folder, locate Equipment On and Not On Contract, and click Preview to open the dashboard. Users can apply the available filters where applicable, and all visualizations automatically refresh based on the selected criteria.

This page compares equipment records against service contract information to identify equipment that is currently covered by active contracts, equipment without contracts, and equipment that may require contract review.
KPI Charts
Equipment on Active Contracts
Displays the distinct count of equipment currently assigned to Active service contracts.
Active Equipment
Displays the distinct count of equipment that is currently marked as Active within the Equipment Details records.
Equipment Not on Contract
Displays the distinct count of equipment that is not associated with an Active service contract.
In-Active Equipment
Displays the distinct count of equipment that is currently marked as Inactive within the Equipment Details records.
Active Equipment not on Active Contract
Displays the distinct count of active equipment that is not currently linked to an
Active service contract, helping identify equipment that may require contract coverage.
In-Active Equipment not on Active Contract
Displays the distinct count of inactive equipment that is not associated with an Active service contract.
Pivot Table – Equipment on Contract
Displays equipment currently covered by active service contracts.
