Let's take a look!

We're rolling out a refreshed interface designed to make Service Geeni cleaner, faster and easier to navigate. Customer and Site Details have been redesigned to make important information easier to find, improve navigation and create a more consistent experience throughout the module.

Note: These changes are strictly visual and won't change the functionality of the software.

What's changed?

Key customer information is now front and centre.

The Customer Details screen has been redesigned to put the information you use most front and centre.

After

Customer name, number, and status are now displayed in the header, while coloured icons highlight key account settings, giving you a complete overview as soon as you open a record.

Customer information is better organised.

Customer information has been reorganised into clear horizontal sections, so more information fits on screen.

After

Related fields are grouped in a logical order, which means less scrolling, less searching, and quicker updates. Everything is where you'd expect it to be.

A cleaner look with improved site navigation

The interface now uses a more subtle colour palette to keep the focus on your data.

Before

After

The Sites tab includes a new filter to help you quickly narrow down site records, while a redesigned global icon menu makes actions easier to recognise at a glance.

A refreshed Communication Centre

The Communication Centre has been visually refreshed to improve readability.

After

Selected settings now stand out more clearly, while updated colours and text styling create a cleaner, more consistent experience that's easier to scan.

Audit history has its own tab.

The audit log has moved from a pop-up window into its own dedicated tab.

Before

After

You can now review the full history of updates and changes in a full-screen view, making it easier to see what changed and when.
