We've transformed the navigation layout to enhance usability and accessibility. Previously located at the top, the navigation menu has now moved to the left side of the screen. This change eliminates the need for horizontal scrolling, making all modules more visible and easily accessible.

3. How has the navigation improved?
Intuitive left navigation
The left navigation menu is designed to be highly intuitive, providing a seamless user experience. Here are some of its key features:
Expandable and Collapsible Menu: Users can expand and collapse the navigation menu as needed. This maximises screen space while ensuring the menu does not interfere with workflow.
Persistent State: The system remembers whether the navigation menu was last expanded or collapsed, maintaining the user's preference upon login.
Quick Access to Modules and Submodules: The left menu makes it easier to find and open modules with fewer clicks.
Visual Cues: Icons and colour highlights indicate active modules and submodules, helping users quickly identify their location within the system.
Tooltips for Collapsed Menu: When the menu is collapsed, users can hover over icons to display tooltips with module names, ensuring easy identification.
These enhancements make the navigation layout more user-friendly, improving the overall experience. By providing a clear, accessible, and customisable navigation menu, we aim to help users navigate the system more efficiently.

We have redesigned the Service Geeni customer portal home page to enhance both functionality and aesthetics.
Quick access to key actions
You'll now find the 'Raise New Job' button conveniently located at the top left of the dashboard, allowing users to quickly initiate new tasks directly from the home page.
Customisable dashboard
You can find the 'Customise Dashboard' option at the top right, making it easy to personalise your dashboard.
Enhanced KPI interaction
Hover over any KPI to reveal the settings icon, making adjustments simple.
Clicking a KPI opens a clean, white pop-up modal with detailed data, keeping your focus on key insights.
The 'Customise KPI' button within the modal provides quick access to settings, while the cross icon at the top right allows for easy closing.
New icons
We’ve introduced new icons for a more intuitive and visually appealing interface.
4. What module names have changed?
We have updated module names and reorganised them for better navigation and logical grouping.

Accounts is now Invoices.
5. How can I personalise my logo?
Custom logo feature
You can now personalise your Service Geeni customer portal by adding your company logo to the top left of the screen. This feature helps integrate your branding, making the portal feel like an extension of your company.
How to add your logo:
Simply upload your company logo from the main portal by navigating to:
Settings
Then, head to System Settings.
Once you upload your logo, it instantly appears at the top left of the customer portal.
This feature allows you to customise your portal’s look, creating a more professional and cohesive appearance.
