Let's take a look!
Managing stock records is now cleaner, faster and easier to navigate, with a refreshed layout that brings the information you need most to the forefront while keeping detailed data organised and easy to access.
The way Stock Records work hasn't changed. All of the existing functionality is still there; it's simply been reorganised into a more intuitive interface that helps you work more efficiently.
Header Update
Key stock details, right up front!
We've redesigned the Stock Record header, so the most important information is visible the moment you open a record.
Alongside the SKU number and description, you'll now immediately see the stock type and current status, making it easier to identify the item without searching through the page.
Additional actions and less frequently used options have been moved behind a View More menu, keeping the workspace uncluttered while ensuring everything remains within easy reach when you need it.
Easy Layout
Everything in view, no side-scrolling.
Busy tables have been redesigned to make large amounts of stock information easier to read.
Where possible, columns now fit comfortably within the available screen space, reducing the need to scroll horizontally to find key information.
Subtle colour highlights help important values stand out, allowing you to scan records more quickly without overwhelming the page.
Audit Log update
The audit log now uses visual cues in every column, making it easy to see the status of each change at a glance.
Key information and data stand out clearly, making it faster to spot what changed, when, and by whom, without reading through rows of plain text.
Why We're Making These Improvements
Every change has been designed with one goal in mind: making Stock Records quicker and easier to use.
The refreshed interface helps you:
Find important stock information faster.
Read tables without unnecessary scrolling.
Focus on the information that matters.
The result is a cleaner, more consistent experience that supports the way you already work.
Will This Change How I Use Stock Records?
No.
These improvements are visual enhancements only. All existing stock functionality, workflows and permissions remain the same.
