The Service with Date Modifications Report provides visibility of service contracts where the service date has been changed.

This report helps users to:

  • Track service contracts with modified service dates.

  • Identify reasons for date changes and who made the update.

  • Monitor scheduling adjustments and their operational impact.

  • Maintain accurate service records for compliance and customer management.


Getting There

To access the Service with Date Modifications Report in Service Geeni, follow these steps:

  • Open the Business Intelligence module.

  • Click on the Reports sub-module.

  • In the Reports window, navigate to the Scheduling category.

  • Click the Service with Date Modifications module to open the report.

  • Add the desired filters (explained below), then click the Apply button to generate the report.


Available Filters and Their Impact

Use the filters at the top of the report to refine which service contracts are displayed.

  • Branch: Filters the report by branch or depot. The report uses the branch selected in the main Service Geeni interface.

  • Customer Account: Filters the report by customer account. Only records linked to the selected account are displayed.

  • Reason Code: Filters the report by the reason for the service date change. This allows you to analyse specific causes for modifications.

  • Period: Filters the report by service date. This may apply to the original or updated service date, depending on the record.

  • Sort By: Sorts the report by Difference (Days), allowing you to view the largest or smallest date changes first.
