The following fixes and improvements were included in version Mobile_7.0.40 (Mobile), released on 27 August 2026.

Branch Stock Support for Mobile Part Requests
When looking for a part in the mobile app, engineers can see stock held at nearby branches alongside their own van stock. Each branch's stock appears as a card showing the branch number and name, SKU and quantity available, ordered from the nearest branch to the farthest so the closest source of a part is easy to find.
Tapping a branch stock item opens a part request with the SKU already filled in; the engineer sets the quantity and raises the request. It is fulfilled through the existing part request process, so branch transfers stay fully tracked and auditable, and completed requests appear in the engineer's part request list and notifications.
Urgent Part Request Support enhanced in Mobile App
Engineers can now mark Part Requests as Urgent across General, Job, SKU, Miscellaneous, and Part Transfer flows. The Urgent status is synced to the Web Application
See equipment contract cover on a job in the mobile app
Mobile engineers can see at a glance whether the equipment on a job is covered by a service contract. The job's equipment details show the equipment ID alongside its contract cover — the contract number, status, next service date and expiry date for a single contract, a tappable list when several contracts apply, and a clear indication when there is no cover.
The details are read-only and always reflect the latest contract information, giving engineers instant visibility of contract cover while out on site.
Fixes (1)
PAT test files upload reliably from the mobile app
Engineers could not upload PAT test files from the mobile app: some Android devices added a .txt extension to the file, and the upload still failed even after the extension was corrected, particularly on the rugged devices used in the field. PAT files now upload reliably from the mobile app regardless of how the device handles the file, so engineers can submit their test results without workarounds.
