The following fixes and improvements were included in version Mobile_7.0.37 (Mobile), released on 16 July 2026.
Enhancements (1)
Support added for additional attachment file types
You can now attach several additional file types wherever document uploads are supported, including .scd, .shd, .she, .gcf, .ghd, .ghe, .mcf, .mdl, .mhe, .msn, .his and .ram files. These are commonly used for diagnostic and machine-generated exports, and all previously supported file types continue to work as before.
Fixes (8)
Fixed overlapping text when booking parts
When booking parts on a job, the SKU description overlapped the quantity field and the reference text was cut off, making details hard to read. Spacing has been corrected so all part information now displays clearly.
Correct screen title when adding job photos on iOS
When engineers added a photo to a job from the camera or gallery on the iOS app, the screen header incorrectly read 'Add Site Photo' instead of 'Add Job Photo', which could cause confusion about what was being added. This has now been fixed. The screen now correctly displays 'Add Job Photo', so engineers can be confident they're attaching the photo to the right record.
Alert added for missing file name when uploading quote files on iOS
When engineers tried to upload a file to a quotation from the main menu or job details menu on the iOS app and clicked Save without entering a file name, no warning was shown — the popup simply stayed open with no explanation, leaving engineers unsure whether the upload had worked. This has now been fixed. Engineers will now see a clear alert if they try to save without entering a file name, so they know exactly what to do to complete the upload.
Equipment attachment file selection fixed on iPhone
Engineers using an iPhone could not select files when trying to attach photos or documents to a job's equipment record, so uploads failed. Files can now be selected and uploaded from the Equipment section as expected.
Fixed multi-image selection issues in the PDA work done tab
On Android, selecting multiple images in the Work Done tab didn't register consistently, and on Windows the app could crash when saving with several images attached. Both issues are now fixed.
Complete and add new task button now works in Raise Service Job
When completing a task and adding a new one from the equipment list on the Raise Service Job screen, engineers could tap Complete and add new task and nothing would happen. This button now works correctly, so engineers can complete and add tasks from this screen without interruption.
Fixed job and task selection when creating an expense
When creating a new expense, selecting any job or task triggered an incorrect warning saying the job was already in progress, so no job could be selected and the expense couldn't be saved. This has been fixed, so engineers can now select the correct job or task – whether it has one task or several – and the expense syncs correctly between the mobile app and the web application.
Fixed Awaiting Signature filter showing no results
On the Completed Task screen, the Awaiting Signature count could show one or more jobs, but selecting the Awaiting Signature filter displayed 'No Results' instead of listing them. This has been fixed, so the filter now correctly shows all equipment and non-equipment jobs awaiting signature, matching the count shown.
