Let's get started!
The Repeated Failures report identifies equipment that has experienced recurring service issues within a selected time period. It helps service, maintenance, and management teams spot unreliable assets and understand the financial and operational impact of repeated breakdowns.
Use this report to:
Detect equipment with repeated failures over time.
Review engineers, customers, and suppliers involved in recurring issues.
Analyse the cost, revenue, and margin impact of repeat work.
Support maintenance planning, warranty claims, and supplier quality reviews
Getting There
When you need to run the Repeated Failures report:
Open the Business Intelligence module.
Click Reports.
In the Reports window, open the Equipment category.

Available Filters and Their Impact
Branch: Filters the report by the branch (depot) where the equipment is located. Helps isolate repeated failures to a specific operational site. Leaving this blank returns results across all branches.
Period: Filters the report by the job creation date. Defines the timeframe used to identify repeated failures. Adjust this range to review recent issues or analyse long-term trends.
Equip. ID: Filters the report by a specific Equipment ID. Useful when investigating the service history of a single asset.
Equipment Make: Filters the report by the manufacturer of the equipment. Allows you to identify failure trends linked to a specific make.
Equipment Model: Filters the report by a specific equipment model. Helps compare performance across models within the same category.
Type Enquiry: Filters by equipment type (for example, generator, pump, or compressor). Highlights whether certain equipment categories are more prone to failure.
Engineer: Filters by the engineer assigned to the job. Provides visibility into service patterns and repeated failures handled by specific engineers.
