Enhancements (1):

Banner showing new version of the app

A banner has been introduced within the mobile app to indicate when a new app version is available. This makes it clearer that a newer release exists, supporting smoother roll‑out of updates and helping ensure more devices are kept on current, supported versions.

Fixes (14):

Job Enquiry layout now responds correctly to screen rotation

Resolved UI issues on the Job Enquiry screen where columns became compressed or misaligned when rotating the device to landscape. Column widths and spacing now adjust correctly, keeping key fields such as Status and Site readable in both portrait and landscape views.

Equipment job history filters on mobile now work reliably

In the mobile app’s equipment job history enquiry, the job status filters (Issued, UnIssued, Completed or Invoiced) could appear all selected or locked so they could not be changed, making it difficult to filter the history properly. The filter controls have been corrected, so only one status option is selected at a time, and changing the selection now updates the job history list as expected.

Work done notes keep their paragraphs and line breaks

Previously, multi‑line work done notes were saved as a single line, losing paragraph breaks on both mobile and web. Notes now retain line breaks and paragraphs, so longer explanations remain easy to read after saving.

Miscellaneous item quantity now stays in sync across mobile and web

Fixed a problem where updating the quantity of a miscellaneous item in Book Parts on mobile only updated the mobile view and did not reflect on the web, sometimes causing a gateway exception. Quantity changes now save reliably and remain consistent between mobile and web without errors.

Stock removal from jobs on the mobile app now updates correctly without errors

Mobile:Removing stock from jobs on the mobile app could generate misleading error messages about missing nominal codes and leave stock quantities out of sync between the mobile app and the web application. This has been corrected so stock removed from a job is now processed cleanly without error messages, and the quantities shown on the mobile app and in the web application remain consistent.

QR code now opens customer portal link to raise jobs

Fixed a defect where scanning an equipment QR code did not generate the expected customer portal link to raise a new job. QR codes now correctly open a valid portal URL, respecting the “allow raising jobs without portal login” setting so users can raise jobs as configured.

Bin Number Display Accuracy Improved.

Enhanced the bin number display logic to ensure accurate information is shown for all SKUs. Previously, incorrect bin numbers were displayed for certain SKUs. This issue has now been resolved, and bin numbers are accurately reflected across the system. This update improves inventory visibility and data reliability.

Fix for Equipment Job History Not Loading on Initial Access

Resolved an issue where Equipment Job History was not loading on the first attempt for some users. The Job History screen has been updated to ensure that job records are displayed correctly on the initial access without requiring a refresh or re-navigation. This fix improves data visibility and enhances user experience by ensuring consistent job history loading

Priority filter in Job Enquiry now behaves consistently across all tabs

In the Job Enquiry screen, the Priority filter dropdown behaved inconsistently, with the scrollbar not always appearing and the keyboard search within the dropdown causing confusing behaviour across different tabs. The Priority filter has been updated so the scrollbar now behaves consistently on all Job Enquiry tabs, and the priority search behaviour is clearer and more predictable.

UI Enhancement in In-Progress Tab

Improved the user interface behavior of the Close icon in the In-Progress tab within the mobile application.A minor UI alignment/display issue was identified and has now been resolved. The Close icon now appears and functions correctly, providing a smoother and more consistent user experience.

Take ownership is config base “Take Ownership” now appears correctly on shared repair jobs

Fixed an issue where engineers couldn’t see the “Take Ownership” option on the Actions → Detail tab for certain shared repair jobs in the mobile app, even though it was available for PPMs. The button now appears reliably for eligible shared jobs, preventing multiple engineers from starting the same job at once.

Improved Loading Performance During Mobile App Registration

Enhanced the loading behavior when registering to the mobile application and selecting “Download Settings Now.”

Previously, the loading indicator remained visible for an extended duration. The process has now been optimized to ensure faster response time and improved performance during initial setup. This update provides a smoother and more efficient registration experience for users.

Goods Receiving PO search shows date/time in correct format

Corrected the date and time format displayed in the Goods Receiving PO search results, removing the stray alphabet/extra character shown after the date. Date and time now appear in a clear and consistent format.

Resolved Image Preview Issue in Equipment Records

Fixed an issue where tapping the image preview for Equipment Jobs in Enquiry → Equipment Records showed an error instead of opening the image. Image attachments on Work Done notes for Equipment Jobs now open reliably from both the Work Done tab and the Equipment Records enquiry screen.
