Invoicing Notes Added to Hire Contract Reporting
A new field, Invoicing Notes, has been added to the Hire Contract reporting dataset. This allows users to include and analyze invoicing-related notes directly within their reports, improving visibility and communication around hire contract billing.
Consistent Display of Job Bars in Diary View
We’ve resolved an inconsistency where the top bar representing a job in the diary view would sometimes disappear depending on how the job was issued. This bar is now consistently shown, making it easier to manage and adjust multi-task jobs in the schedule. This update improves clarity and helps users better organize their work in the diary.
New Fields Added to Supplier Approval Reporting
Two new fields have been added to the supplier approval process to support improved reporting. These fields are now visible in the supplier grid, with tooltips available for longer notes. They are also included in the reporting dataset, making it easier to track and analyze supplier approval details.
Clearer Labels for Mobile Activity Settings
We’ve updated the labels on the activity setup screen to make it easier to understand how activities appear in the mobile app.
“Available on mobile” is now labeled “Available on Change Activity on the Mobile app”
“Use on Completion” is now labeled “Available on Where Next on the Mobile app”
These changes help clarify where each setting applies, improving usability for mobile users.

Decimal Entry Blocked for SKU Quantities
We’ve addressed an issue where users were able to enter decimal quantities when raising purchase orders. As Service Geeni does not support decimals for SKU quantities, the system now prevents decimal entries, ensuring consistency and avoiding errors during order processing.
Job History Now Displays Correctly for Site-Level Services
We’ve fixed an issue where job history was not displaying correctly for site-level services and sequences within service contracts. The history view now accurately includes jobs linked to site-level services, ensuring a complete and reliable record of past activity.
Activity Visibility on Mobile Now Respects Settings
We’ve fixed an issue where certain activity types were still appearing on the mobile app even when the “Available on Mobile” setting was turned off. The system now correctly hides these activities from engineers, ensuring that only intended options are visible and selectable on mobile.
Exchange Rate Now Included in Stock Issue API
We’ve resolved an issue where exchange rates were not being passed through the API during stock issuing, which caused currency values to default to zero. The system now includes exchange rate data with proper validation, ensuring accurate currency conversion and financial reporting.
Stock Valuation Report Now Filters Correctly
An issue where the Stock Valuation Report incorrectly included data from all branches regardless of selected filters has been resolved. The report now accurately reflects the selected branches, ensuring that stock values are consistent and reliable across different navigation paths.
Duplicate Invoice Number Error Resolved
We’ve fixed an issue that caused a “Duplicate Purchase Invoice number” error when posting invoices in multiple browser tabs. The system now handles these scenarios more reliably, preventing conflicts and ensuring a smoother invoicing process
Error Resolved in Contract Reports
An error that occurred when opening documents from Service or Hire Contract reports has been fixed. A fallback mechanism has been added to ensure documents load correctly, even when some customer-specific data is unavailable.
Faster Loading for Large Purchase Orders
We resolved a performance issue that caused delays and display problems when viewing large purchase orders. The subgrid content now loads more efficiently, and the scrollbar functions correctly, making it easier to navigate and review order details.
Equipment Details Now Appear on Hire Invoices
We’ve corrected an issue where equipment details were missing from some hire-related documents. Equipment information now displays correctly on hire invoices, credit notes, and consolidated hire invoices, ensuring complete and accurate billing records.
Easier Archiving of Stock Items
A bug that blocked stock items from being archived due to incorrectly flagged purchase orders has been resolved. The system now allows archiving when only rejected purchase orders are present, making stock management more efficient.
