Enhancements (2):

Task-Level Charge Code Editing Enabled

Mobile tasks were using the job-level charge code instead of allowing task-specific edits. Users can now update the cost code directly at the task level, improving billing accuracy and flexibility.

Improved Navigation in Enquiry Screens

Previously, exiting enquiry screens required multiple taps on the close button, making the experience feel clunky. The interface now separates the back and close actions, allowing users to navigate more intuitively and exit with fewer steps.

.gar File Upload Feature Restored in Mobile

Users were unable to locate the upload option for .gar files in the new Mobile app, which previously existed under the Forms section. Users can now upload .gar files as expected, improving compatibility with existing workflows.

Fixes (7):

Conditional Reason Fields Now Working in Forms

Forms requiring a “reason” field based on specific answers were incorrectly triggering the field for all responses. The logic has been corrected to support secondary-level checks, ensuring reason fields only appear when relevant.

‘Fetching Information’ Popup Issue Resolved

Engineers using version 7.0.6 on Windows tablets were getting stuck on a ‘Fetching Information’ popup when exiting enquiry screens. The navigation has been improved, allowing users to exit smoothly.

Faster Equipment Loading During Quote Creation

Slow equipment loading was reported when raising quotes on Mobile. The process has been optimized to load equipment within 2 seconds once customer and site details are selected, significantly improving speed and usability.

Booking Time for Other Engineers Now Supported

Users were unable to book time for other engineers due to a missing selection screen. This has been resolved by adding the engineer selection interface, enabling smoother scheduling across teams.

Default Language Set for Mobile App

Some users experienced the app displaying in a language other than English, likely due to missing default locale settings in iOS. The default local language is now correctly set within the app, ensuring consistent language display across devices.

Root Cause Selection Passed Correctly

Jobs created on Mobile were not carrying over the selected root cause due to a missing parameter. This has been fixed, ensuring root cause data is accurately captured and reflected in job records.

Task Description Now Visible in Mobile

The "Task Details" section on Mobile was incorrectly showing the job summary instead of the actual task description. This has been corrected, and task descriptions now appear as expected, helping users better understand job requirements while on-site.
