Enhancements (4):

Radio Button Style Updated for Consistency

We’ve updated the style of radio buttons across several screens to ensure consistent behavior. Screens such as Raise PR, Raise New Job, New Equipment Record, Add Forms, Accept Parts, Goods Receive, and Edit/View Stock now use the correct single-select style where appropriate. This change improves clarity and ensures users can only select one option when required.

Improved Text Entry for Work Done Notes

The Work Done notes field in the mobile app has been upgraded to support multi-line input and autocorrect, especially on iOS devices. This makes it easier for engineers to write clear, structured notes and reduces typing errors. The field now behaves like a proper text area, improving the overall experience when entering detailed job information.

New 'Report an App Problem' Option in Mobile Menu

A new “Report an app problem” option has been added to the main job list menu in the mobile app. This link opens a form where users can report issues directly to the support team.

Note: This feature is controlled via configuration. If you would like it enabled, please contact Support to have it activated for your account.

Confirmation Popup Added to Self-Registration Cancellation

To help prevent accidental data loss, a confirmation popup has been added when users attempt to cancel the self-registration process. The message explains that if the device is not registered, data such as job completions will not be sent until the app is closed, reopened, and re-registered.
Users can choose to go back to complete registration or continue to dismiss the process.

Fixes (4):

Contact List Now Filters by Site When Raising Jobs

We’ve fixed an issue where the contact picker on the mobile app was showing all contacts across the system, regardless of the selected site. The contact list now correctly filters based on the chosen site, making it easier for users to select the right contact when raising a job.

Duplicate Jobs No Longer Created on Mobile

We’ve fixed an issue where opening a job on the mobile app could result in multiple duplicate jobs being created. This was causing confusion and unnecessary workload for technicians. The update ensures that only one job is created per action, improving reliability and preventing job list overload.

File Upload Failures in Multiple Areas

We’ve fixed an issue where PDF, Excel, and Word documents were not uploading correctly in several areas of the mobile app, including Work Done notes, Equipment documents, and Part Requests. Attachments now upload as expected, ensuring users can reliably add supporting files to jobs and requests.

Improved Time Booking for Job Entries

We’ve resolved an issue that was preventing some users from booking time to jobs due to a data error in the mobile app. This fix ensures that time entries are recorded accurately and maintain reliable reporting on engineer utilisation.
