When changing a supplier to a subcontractor in the supplier record.
If the Subcontractor portal hasn't been set up on your system, you will see the message below.
"Supplier account is created. But failed to create the subcontractor portal account."
Action and fix
Make sure the toggle is on (set to Yes) in the Supplier Account record.
Email Address already Exists
The email for the supplier has already been used in another Supplier record.
Action and fix
Check where the email address has been used, and change as required.
Engineer Can't be assigned as the engineer is a subcontractor, and another engineer is already assigned
Action and fix
Remove the engineer that has been assigned.
