Subcontractor Labour Column Added to SSR Report
A new calculated column for subcontractor labour has been added to the SSR report. This enhancement provides users with clearer visibility into subcontractor costs, helping them analyze labor expenses more effectively.

Purchase Order Creation Error Resolved
Users previously encountered an error when trying to create a purchase order from a quote, which interrupted their workflow. This issue has now been fixed, ensuring a smooth and reliable process for raising purchase orders.

Stock Transfer and Stock Enquiry Tabs Interference
Users found that the stock transfer and stock enquiry tabs would interfere with each other, making it difficult to manage stock efficiently. This issue has now been resolved. With this fix, users can smoothly use both tabs without any confusion or overlap.
Improved Accuracy in Invoice Accounting
We’ve enhanced the way the system processes Non-Chargeable jobs. Even if a job is updated to a Non-Chargeable cost code just before submission, the system now ensures the correct accounting entries are created automatically.
Site ID Filtering Improved
The Site ID filter did not work correctly when a customer was selected, making it harder for users to find the right site. This issue has been resolved, so users can now filter Site IDs accurately. This makes managing customer information easier and helps users complete their tasks more efficiently.
Supplier Information Consistency Restored
There was an issue where the supplier listed on the Goods Received Note (GRN) did not always match the supplier on the purchase order, leading to confusion. This has been fixed, ensuring supplier information is always consistent.
API Timeout Issue Resolved
Some users experienced timeouts when using the API, which interrupted their work and caused delays. This issue has now been fixed, resulting in faster and more reliable system responses.
Job Quote – Inconsistent Charges with Different Charge Codes
Jobs with different charge codes on tasks were behaving inconsistently, causing confusion about charges. This issue has been resolved, so charges are now applied consistently.
Sales Credit Note Now Displays Correctly
Sales Credit Note was completely blank or empty, making it difficult to review or process credit notes. This issue has now been resolved. Users can now view all the necessary information on their Sales Credit Notes
Duplicate Module Access Name Removed
Users noticed that some module access names appeared more than once, which could make navigation confusing and slow down their work. This issue has now been resolved
Duplicate Miscellaneous Invoice Entry Removed
Users noticed that the Miscellaneous Invoice appeared twice in the module access list, which could cause confusion and make it harder to find the right information. This issue has now been resolved.
Purchase Invoice Reprint Now Works Seamlessly
An issue was identified where users couldn’t expand a purchase invoice to see accounting entries. This has been resolved, so users can now easily reprint invoices as required.
Correct Document Printed from Active Quote Report
When users printed an Equipment Deal Quote document from the Active Quote Report in the customer portal, the wrong document was generated. This issue has now been resolved.
