The Service Geeni TVH integration allows users to view open TVH enquiries and raise them, as well as raise a PO directly.
Getting There
To set up the integration:
Start by navigating to the Supplier Accounts module via the Records menu.
This opens the Supplier Account Details page.
Create a TVH Integration Profile
From here, find the supplier you wish to set up the TVH integration for.
Click Edit via the Action Tray.
If you don't have a TVH supplier, you'll need to create a new supplier account for this.
Click the Add button and fill out all the details, then proceed with the following steps.
In the editor window, scroll down to the Additional Information section.
Click the ellipsis (...) in the Integration Profile field to bring up a list of profiles (if any).
If you do not have a supplier account for TVH set up then you will need to create one with the Add button.
On the Integration Profiles screen:
Enter the Profile Name (suggested is either TVH UK or TVH EU).
Then select the Type as TVH.
Enter the URL as: http://www2.tvh.be/axis2/services/TvhwsService
The URL is the same for the UK or EU site.
Once those are filled in, click save.
Then, select the profile you just created.
Using TVH Integration
On the add/edit purchase order, when you select a supplier which has the TVH integration profile set, you will get an additional 2 buttons:
View TVH Enquiries: This allows you to view the open enquiries in TVH and add them to the purchase order (A TVH enquiry is raised through the TVH portal or mobile app to find the pricing of specific parts).
Raise & Send PO: Allows you to raise the purchase order in TVH as well as in Service Geeni
When you click either of the options for the first time on an integration profile, you will receive the API Login pop-up, and you will need to enter the credentials from your TVH account.
When you have saved these the first time, you won't need to enter them again.
After setting up the API login credentials, the View TVH Enquiries button shows the Select TVH Enquiries screen, where you can select enquiries with the tick boxes at the left of each row and then click the Import Selected Items button at the bottom right to add the selected lines to the purchase order.
You can use the Raise & Send PO button when you have completed the PO and are ready to raise it. This button will raise the PO in Service Geeni and then send it to TVH.
The standard Service Geeni PO process should then be followed.
Deleting a Profile (Forgetting A TVH User)
To remove (forget) a user’s credentials:
Head back to Supplier Accounts via the Records menu.
Find the account which you want to remove the TVH profile from and click edit.
Scroll down to Additional Information.
Click the ellipsis to open the profile list.
Then, find the profile and click the bin (delete) icon it via the Action Tray.
