How do you change the way Services display in ESS?
There are two options for how service jobs are viewed and created based on a Configuration setting.
Please speak to your Consultancy Support Manager or Service Geeni Support if you would like to change how this works for you.
Generally, when your Service Geeni system is set up, the default for this is 'No'.
When It's No - ESS shows a list of SITES and in the nested grid below, it shows equipment. Raising service jobs with this setting creates 1 job with 1 task per service on it.
When it's Yes - ESS shows the upcoming services at the equipment level, and when creating jobs, it will always be 1 job per 1 equipment item.
