Enhancements (6):

Mobile Update

A New version of the Mobile App has been released, release notes for this can be found here: Mobile Release Notes

Site Contact Name/Contact Was Missing On Jobsheet

Previously, Site Contact details were not shown on Jobsheets, even when a Site Access contact was configured for the site. Jobsheets now include the Site Contact’s name and contact information (where configured), so engineers and customers can clearly see who to contact for site access.

Raise repair jobs directly from equipment deals

You can now raise repair jobs directly from equipment deals with better control over the equipment involved. When adding a job from the Jobs tab, the job type is automatically set to Repair Job, ensuring a consistent process. The Equipment field now displays only the equipment that has been added to the deal, making it easier to select the correct item when creating a job. Selecting equipment is optional, allowing flexibility depending on the scenario. Once a proposed job is added and the deal is created or revised, the job can be raised directly and will include the selected equipment in the job details. These improvements make it easier to create accurate jobs from equipment deals while ensuring the correct equipment context is maintained.

4-week invoicing added for hire and service contracts.

A new 4 Weeks invoicing frequency is now available when creating Hire Contracts and Service Contracts, giving businesses more flexibility to bill on a 4-weekly cycle instead of monthly or weekly schedules. Contracts saved with 4 Weeks will continue to show that same frequency consistently wherever the contract is viewed, including edit screens, billing areas, and other reference views. The frequency is stored and displayed as 4 Weeks and is not converted into another billing type. Contracts using this option will also follow a 28-day invoicing cycle, ensuring invoice dates and billing behaviour remain accurate and consistent across the product. This enhancement applies to new contracts using the 4-week option and does not affect existing contracts with other invoicing frequencies.

Spanish language support introduced

A Spanish language pack has been added to the system, providing Spanish translations for key labels and messages across core areas. This introduction establishes full support for operating the application in Spanish, with further extensions and refinements planned in upcoming releases to broaden coverage.

Clone job quotations from revision history.

A new Clone Quote option is now available in the quotation revision history, allowing users to quickly create a new draft quote based on any previous revision. This makes it easier to reuse existing quotations without modifying historical versions. When selecting a revision, users can create a new draft quote with the same details, which can then be edited and used independently. This provides a faster and more efficient way to create similar quotations while keeping previous revisions unchanged for reference.

Improved delivery address handling for job parts POs raised from quotes

Purchase orders for job parts raised during quote‑to‑job conversion now follow the configured “Delivery Address For Job Parts” rules (such as Engineer Branch, Engineer Home, or Job Site), in line with existing Part Request and Stock Replenishment behaviour. This ensures a consistent delivery address is applied when generating POs from converted job quotes.

Fixes (25):

Stabilised cost code rate handling for web job time bookings

In some cases, time bookings made on web jobs were losing associated EngineerSubJobs cost code rate records, particularly around job split and overwrite operations. The cost code overwrite logic has been corrected so that existing cost code rate data is not deleted without being replaced, keeping sub‑job costings consistent.

Improved Van Stock Booking Accuracy

An issue was identified where stock was not decreasing correctly when booking van stock with both van bin and default bin, ensuring accurate stock updates.

Job completion validation for Multiple Jobs PO lines

An issue where jobs could be completed despite having pending purchase orders with Multiple Jobs item type due to missing validation has now been corrected. The system now includes Multiple Jobs PO lines in validation checks, ensuring jobs cannot be completed until all related purchase orders are completed.

Improved handling of negative profit on Equipment Deal dashboard

The Equipment Deal dashboard has been enhanced to handle cases where profit is negative. When an equipment deal has no profit to display, a clear message is now shown instead of leaving the profit segment blank, improving transparency and interpretation of deal performance.

Engineer selection retained when issuing jobs after task selection

When creating a new job, if an engineer was selected before adding tasks, the system could fail to carry that selection through when the job was issued. This resulted in the job being created as unissued and without the selected engineer assigned.
This has now been resolved. Engineers selected earlier in the process will be correctly retained and assigned when tasks are added and the job is issued. This ensures a smoother workflow and consistent job assignment without needing to reselect engineers.

Service level reverting issue after save

Service level was reverting to the previous value after saving and reopening the record. This is now resolved and the updated value persists correctly.

Equipment Transfer – Fix Null Reference Error on Revising ET Before Approval

An issue has been resolved where revising an Equipment Transfer (ET) from the source branch before approval caused a “Object reference not set to an instance of an object” error on the Preview → Confirm step.
The system now handles revise action correctly and allows successful confirmation without errors.

Improved visibility of action buttons in quotation parts popup

When adding parts to a job quotation, the Select and Close buttons in the popup could appear partially hidden on larger screen resolutions or depending on browser window size. This made it difficult for users to complete actions without resizing the screen.
This has now been resolved. The popup layout has been adjusted to scale correctly across different screen sizes, ensuring all action buttons remain fully visible and accessible. This provides a smoother and more consistent experience when adding parts to quotations.

Improved performance when opening draft quotations

Opening draft quotations, particularly those with multiple tasks, could take significantly longer than expected, causing delays when users attempted to view or edit quotes. This impacted productivity and made the quoting process slower for some users. Performance improvements have now been implemented to optimise how draft quotations are loaded. As a result, quotations open much faster and are ready for editing more quickly, providing a smoother and more responsive experience when working with quotes.

GRN notification emails sent without subject

An issue has been resolved where Goods Receipt Note (GRN) notification emails were generated without a subject line, causing email send failures and alerts. The GRN email generation logic now sets an appropriate subject, so these notifications are processed and delivered successfully.

Incorrect totals Showing in Purchase Nominal Update History

An issue was identified where the total values in Purchase Nominal Update History were incorrectly calculated for purchase credit notes due to VAT being added twice, resulting in inflated amounts. This has now been corrected so totals display accurately.

Prevent Site ID from retaining previous job value in Job Control

Previously, when raising a new job from Job Control, the Site ID field was automatically populated with the site from the last job interacted with, which could result in jobs being raised against the wrong site. This behaviour has been corrected so that the Site ID field now starts in an empty/default state when raising a new job from Job Control.

Breadcrumb trail corrections in Job Control and Job Quote screens

Various issues have been addressed where breadcrumb trails and navigation did not correctly reflect the path taken. The breadcrumb now shows the correct route when raising a job from Job Control, and the Job Quote preview opened from Revision History displays the appropriate quotation breadcrumb, updating to Edit Quotation only when edit mode is selected.

Fix for editing stock quantities and kit parts in job quotes

An issue which caused the screen to hang and prevent completion of updates when editing stock or kit part quantities in job quotes, has been resolved.

Search filters now remain editable after search

After performing a search in the Hire Contract Global Uplift screen, certain filter fields became uneditable, preventing users from refining or adjusting their search criteria without resetting the screen. This issue has now been resolved. All filter fields remain fully editable after performing a search, allowing users to easily modify criteria and refine results without interruption.

Column selection panel now remains open after filtering or sorting

Previously, after applying a filter, sorting a column, or changing page in a grid, the Column Options panel closed each time a column was selected or deselected, making multi‑column configuration time‑consuming. The panel now remains open after each change, allowing multiple columns to be adjusted in a single operation across all pages that use column selection.

Job completion was not working with special characters in description via Global Icon

When a job description contained certain special characters, clicking the Global Complete icon did nothing and the job could not be closed. This has now been fixed, and jobs with special characters in the description can be completed successfully via the Global icon.

Engineer list now defaults to the site’s geographical area

When adding an engineer to a job, the engineer list was not always filtering automatically by the customer site’s geographical area, which meant users were shown a full list of engineers instead of the most relevant ones. This made engineer selection slower and less efficient. This has now been corrected. When geographical area filtering is enabled and the site has a default geographical area, the Add Engineer screen will automatically use that site area to filter the engineer list. If no site default is available, previously saved user filter preferences can still be applied where appropriate. This ensures engineers are shown more accurately based on the job location and helps speed up assignment.

Site mover TVP adapter version error resolved

Some customers were unable to move sites because the site mover failed with an error when copying contacts and documents. This has now been resolved, and site moves complete successfully with all related contacts and documents correctly copied and associated.

Service job creation failing in ESS

In some cases, service jobs in ESS were not being created and showed “0 jobs raised” because an internal depot record filter was set to zero. We’ve corrected this filter, so jobs now raise as expected.

Fields made read-only in quotation revision preview.

When previewing a quotation from Revision History, some fields such as the "Invoice to Site Id” checkbox were still editable, even though the screen was in view mode. This could lead to confusion and unintended changes while reviewing historical revisions.
This has now been corrected. All fields in the quotation preview screen are fully read-only, ensuring a consistent and safe viewing experience when reviewing previous revisions.

Preferred engineer no longer auto-filled when not configured.

When raising a site job, the Preferred Engineer field could be automatically populated even when no preferred engineer was set on the site. This could lead to incorrect engineer selection and confusion during job creation.
This has now been resolved. If no preferred engineer is configured for the site, the Preferred Engineer field will remain blank, ensuring only valid and intended selections are applied during job creation.

Site job creation now shows only site tasks.

When raising a job from a site with multiple linked equipment records, the job creation screen could display equipment tasks as well as site tasks. This made the task list confusing and could lead to the wrong work being included on a site-level job.
This has now been corrected. When raising a job directly from a site, only the relevant site task will be shown. This ensures the job reflects the correct scope of work and provides a clearer, more accurate job creation experience.

Filter functionality restored in deal and equipment task screens.

The Filter option was not working correctly in Equipment Deal Records (Deals and Deal Quotes tabs), Service Call, and the Select Equipment Task popup. Clicking the Filter button did not open the filter panel, preventing users from refining or searching records.
This has now been resolved. The Filter panel opens as expected across all affected areas, allowing users to apply filters and quickly find the required records, improving overall usability and efficiency.
